Shipping Damage

If any item is damaged during shipping, please use our Seed Replacement form, denote 'shipping damage' in comments, and we will replace it. If the item is no longer available, we will refund it.

Return Policies
  • Please have a valid order number and date of purchase to begin the return process.
  • Products not purchased on should be returned at the original purchase location.
  • We accept returns on clean, unused items.
  • All replacement items depend on inventory and seasonal availability. Returns for items no longer available will be refunded.
