In a separate bowl, dissolve growing medium pellet in 1 tablespoon of water, fluff with fork, and place into bio cup. Use sowing info (below) to determine how deep to plant your seeds. Place in a warm, bright location with ample air circulation; use a spray bottle to keep growing medium moist but not overwatered. Once seedlings develop their second set of leaves, begin watering with balanced plant fertilizer mixed at half-strength. Transplant seedlings to garden or larger pot once they reach 2-3" tall.

Earth Day perfection.

I bought these for my students as an Earth Day activity. They loved watching the dirt expand and the plants began to grow within a week of them caring for the plants.

School use

We used this at our school as rewards for an earth day / Lorax week for family involvement. Super idea - rather than giving the kids little plastic things, they get to plant their own flowers! They loved them!

Flower child approved

These came well packaged with easy to understand instructions and plenty more seeds than can fit in the little pots! I opened and soaked all 12 seed pods, and then I only opened 1 seed pack of each flower. I saved the rest of the seeds for future use. The quality is impeccable and germination is amazing because it only took THREE DAYS for the zinnia and cosmos to already start growing! Still waiting on the coneflower and daisies to make their entrance too but it hasnt even been a week yet. I put them all on a tray and covered with a plastic bag with holes to give them a greenhouse set up. Im super excited to transplant them and have a beautiful flower garden for this summer. For reference, i am in zone 9B
