Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

* Be unused, unopened, and unplanted
* Be in original packaging
* Include all original contents (such as seeds, pot, growing medium, and accessories)
* Be approved through our return authorization process prior to being sent back

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes plans change. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, or
* Replacement items will be shipped based on availability

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your seeds don’t sprout or your plants don’t thrive, we’re happy to replace your seeds free of charge through our Grow Guarantee.

Replacement requests must be made within 1 year of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
