At Buzzy, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order, and inspect your items promptly upon delivery.
 
This policy applies only to purchases made through our online store at Buzzy Seeds and does not apply to items purchased through retail stores or third-party sellers.
 
Return Eligibility
 
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
 
To qualify for a return, items must:
 
* Be unused, unopened, and unplanted
* Be in original packaging
* Include all original contents (such as seeds, pot, growing medium, and accessories)
* Be approved through our return authorization process prior to being sent back
 
Please contact our customer support team before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
 
Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required for all returns.
 
Change-of-Mind Returns
 
We understand that sometimes plans change. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
 
Non-Returnable Items
 
We cannot accept returns for:
 
* Opened, planted, or used products
* Items missing original packaging or contents
* Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
* Final sale or clearance items
 
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
 
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
 
Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to assist with replacement or refund processing.
 
Refunds & Replacements
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval status.
 
If approved:

* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, or
* Replacement items will be shipped based on availability
 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
 
Grow Guarantee
 
If your seeds don’t sprout or your plants don’t thrive, we’re happy to replace your seeds free of charge through our Grow Guarantee.
 
Replacement requests must be made within 1 year of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.

* Refunds are not provided for germination or growing issues
* Germination success may vary depending on growing conditions and care
