Mini Rose:
Dissolve growing medium pellets in 3/4 cup of water, fluff with fork, and place into pot. Sow mini rose seeds 1/4" deep and lightly cover with growing medium. Place in a bright location with ample air circulation; keep growing medium moist but not overwatered. Mini rose seeds will germinate in 4-6 weeks. Once seedlings develop their second set of leaves, begin watering with plant fertilizer mixed at half-strength.

Tip: Mini roses germinate best in cooler temperatures between 60° and 70°F.

No drainage? No problem. Easily add drainage by drilling a hole in the bottom-center of the pot.

Lavender:
Dissolve growing medium pellets in 3/4 cup of water, fluff with fork, and place into pot. Gently press seeds into surface of growing medium and do not cover - lavender seeds need light to germinate. Place in a warm, bright location with ample air circulation; keep growing medium moist but not overwatered. Lavender seeds will germinate in 2-6 weeks. Once seedlings develop their second set of leaves, begin watering with balanced plant fertilizer mixed at half-strength.

Did not grow

Mine did not sprout. For the lavender, please have them in a dam paper towel for 3-6 weeks in a refrigerator before planting them in the pot! Same can be said for the roses, but do 2-3 months then put them in the soil. I learned from my mistakes and redoing this completely

Cute little grow kit

I thought these looked cute so I decided to pick them up and see how it goes. Basically you get these two buckets/pails, some soil pellets, and mini rose + forget me not seeds. I like how it looks and it was super easy to plant and get started. I even got some sprouts which I was happy to see! I'm not the best plant guy so I honestly didn't get them very far and with other stuff going on I unfortunately neglected them so they didn't last too long but I liked everything about the kit as a whole and I think 20-25$ is well priced for it. It does seem like it would be great for kids to learn too!Overall if you are really good with plants and can keep up with them I think this would be a great kit and I would definitely recommend it!

Fun

A fun little growing kit. It’s very easy. Just add water, mix and plant seeds. I added a plastic dome over the top to give them humidity and they started growing very quickly. Unfortunately one batch died but I guess it was my fault for removing the plastic dome. I wonder how successful the seeds would have grown if I didn’t add the dome for moisture. Also, there were much more of one type of seed than the other. There were only a handful of one type, while I had many extras of the other. It’s a nice little simple kit overall though!
