In a separate bowl, dissolve growing medium pellets in 4 tablespoons of water, fluff with fork, and place into tray. Gently smooth out the growing medium to make a level surface for your seeds. Scatter seeds evenly over the the growing medium and lightly press into the surface. Water with a spray bottle, making sure all of your seeds are thoroughly moistened. Place in a warm, bright location with ample air circulation. Use a spray bottle to keep growing medium evenly moist. Chia seeds will sprout in 7-14 days.
