I love this kit. It is so cute! It was very easy to assemble.

This is kind of a cheap box but it does work. Just add water and the plants grow on their own time. The box is not really durable so after the plants grow you probably want to move them to their own container so they can thrive.It's a cute gift for kids but functionally the box is very cheap and the plants won't thrive in it long term.

I requested and received “for free” this WILD JUNGLE OF CHIA POP UP GARDEN GROW KIT to test and give my honest opinion. My wife wanted to get our nephew this to start him on the trail of HER favorite hobby, gardening. This is a Colorful, interactive and hopefully a first step for him. Should be more interesting than that other Chia product for the very young. AND my wife and I will have to groom somebody to take over caring for all her plants when we go on our 3 or 4 moths vacations when we retire in a few years. Inexpensive and actually has a 20% off coupon currently available.Ordering as a Vine member does not mean I’m getting "free products". Between my time for testing the product, doing an honest review and the FEDERAL AND STATE INCOME TAXES I am liable for because I am "receiving items of value in lieu of wages" based on the LIST PRICE with no coupons allowed to be used, there is a real cost to these items "paid for" by me. Since most of the items offered to VINE Member are Brand New, never on the market before MANY TIMES the price drops or coupons become available to every Amazon buyer a week or so after VINE Members orders them at FULL LIST PRICE. This really affects any saving VINE Members may end up with... So far I have been having a great time "doing my VINE job", and I hope to continue doing it for quite some time....

I got these to do with my toddler and it has been a fun experiment. They have grown well and the set up is cute. The jungle pieces have held my little one's attention. This has also kept him from messing with all of my other plants because he now has his own. :)

This kit is a fun activity for a child. It comes as a small cardboard folio that folds up and has punch out characters and scene elements that you can use to "decorate." There is a small plastic tray that gets filled with two soil pellets (once you rehydrate them). From there just sprinkle on the chia seeds and want for them to sprout. That creates the central "jungle" for the carboard characters to inhabit. My son enjoyed moving the characters around as the seeds grew. It won't last too long, but keep my son entertained in both the set up and the growing.
