Dissolve growing medium pellet in 1 tablespoon of water, fluff with fork, and place into pot. Sow seeds directly onto the surface of the growing medium, gently press in, and do not cover - mint seeds need light to germinate. Place in a warm, bright location with ample air circulation; keep growing medium moist but not overwatered. Mint seeds will germinate in 14-21 days. Once seedlings develop their second set of leaves, begin watering with plant fertilizer mixed at half-strength. Transplant seedlings larger pot (do not plant in-ground) once they reach 2-3" tall.
