Pairs well with

What if your Christmas tree started with a seed? This little spruce grow kit turns a tiny seed into the beginning of your very own evergreen, with a mini galvanized basin that makes a fun home for your tree to get started.

Plant the non-GMO spruce seeds, add the included growing medium, and watch for those first little shoots to appear. Everything you need to get growing is included, making this a fun project to start during the holidays and keep watching long after the decorations come down.

Why you’ll love it:

Start small, dream big – There’s something pretty special about starting a Christmas tree from seed and watching it grow

A fun holiday project – A hands-on way to add a little growing to the season, whether you’re starting one for yourself or sharing the experience with someone else

Everything you need to get started – Includes a mini galvanized basin, non-GMO spruce seeds, coconut husk growing medium, and easy-to-follow instructions

A fun stocking stuffer, holiday gift, or growing project for plant lovers, kids, families, and anyone who likes the idea of growing their own Christmas tree.

Dissolve growing medium pellet in 3/4 cup of water, fluff with fork, and place into basin. Sow spruce seeds 1/4” deep and lightly cover with growing medium. Place in a warm, bright location with ample air circulation; keep growing medium moist but not overwatered. Spruce seeds will germinate in 1-2 months. Once seedlings develop their second set of needles, begin watering with plant fertilizer mixed at half-strength.

No drainage? No problem. Easily add drainage by drilling a hole in the bottom-center of the basin.

From the highest quality seeds to the easiest-to-follow instructions, our main goal is setting you up for success with your Buzzy grow kits. But, sometimes it’s not all flowers and sunshine. We get it.

That’s why we have a Grow Guarantee. If, for any reason, your seeds don’t pop up, your plants don’t thrive or you’re just not totally happy with your purchase, we’ll replace your seed packet for free.
